- Nature of Services
Apexx Technologies primarily deals in Digital Services and Software Solutions. Under normal business circumstances, we do not ship physical products to your address. All deliverables are transferred electronically or deployed directly to servers.
- Modes of Delivery
We deliver our products and services through the following methods:
2.1. For SaaS & Digital Products
- Instant Access: Upon successful payment for subscription plans or software licenses, access credentials are sent immediately to your registered email address.
- Download Links: For downloadable software, secure download links are provided on the “Thank You” page and via email.
- Timeline: 0-24 Hours. While usually instant, please allow up to 24 hours for account provisioning in rare cases of server load or manual verification.
2.2. For Custom Development (Websites/Apps)
- Deployment: Final deliverables (source code, build files) are deployed to the Client’s server (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) or handed over via a secure repository (GitHub/GitLab).
- Milestones: Delivery occurs in stages as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Timeline: Project timelines vary based on scope. A typical timeline is:
- Small Business Website: 7-14 Business Days
- E-commerce/Custom App: 4-8 Weeks
- Enterprise Solutions: As per the agreed project schedule.
- Shipping Costs
- Digital Goods: There are NO shipping charges for any digital services, software, or consultancy.
- Physical Goods (If applicable): In the rare event that physical hardware, contracts, or storage media (Hard Drives/USBs) need to be shipped, actual courier charges will be billed to the Client.
- International Delivery
Since our services are digital, we serve clients globally.
- Customs & Duties: For digital services, there are no customs duties. However, International Clients are responsible for any Withholding Tax or local taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
- Delays in Delivery
Apexx Technologies is committed to meeting deadlines. However, delivery timelines may be extended due to:
- Client Delays: Failure to provide content, credentials, or feedback on time (Refer to the “Dormancy Clause” in our Terms & Conditions).
- Third-Party Dependencies: Delays caused by domain registrars, hosting providers, or API approvals (e.g., Apple App Store review times).
- Force Majeure: Events beyond our control such as internet outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
In such cases, Apexx Technologies shall not be liable for the delay but will communicate the revised timeline immediately.
- Tracking Your Order
- SaaS/Products: You can check your subscription status in your User Dashboard.
- Custom Projects: Clients are provided with access to our Project Management Tool (e.g., Trello/Jira/Slack) to track real-time progress.
