1. Introduction

At Apexx Technologies, we strive to deliver professional, high-quality digital solutions. However, given the nature of digital services and software development, our Refund Policy differs from traditional retail products.

By engaging our services or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

2. Web Design & Custom Development Services

2.1. Non-Refundable Deposit

All custom projects require a 50% Advance Deposit (or as specified in the Invoice).

• Policy: This deposit is Strictly Non-Refundable.
• Reason: This fee covers the reservation of resources, initial setup, server provisioning, and the “opportunity cost” of rejecting other work to focus on your project.

2.2. Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel a project mid-way:

• Before Design Approval: If you cancel after the deposit but before approving the initial design/wireframe, you will not be billed further. The initial deposit remains non-refundable.
• After Development Begins: If you cancel after approving the design/prototype, you are liable to pay for all work completed up to that point. If the work completed exceeds the deposit amount, a “Kill Fee” or final invoice will be issued.

2.3. Rejection of Deliverables

Refunds are not granted for “Change of Mind” or “Artistic Disagreement” once a design has been approved by you. If you are unsatisfied with the work, we offer revision rounds as per the Statement of Work (SOW) to align the product with your vision.

3. SaaS & Subscription Services

3.1. No Refunds for Partial Periods

Our SaaS platforms are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly/Yearly).

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing support.
• Effect: Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days in a month/year.

3.2. Trial Periods

If a “Free Trial” is offered:

• You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial expires.
• Once the paid period begins, the standard refund policy applies.

4. Third-Party Costs (Absolute Exclusion)

Apexx Technologies often purchases licenses or services on your behalf. These costs are Never Refundable under any circumstances, as we cannot recover them from the vendors. Includes but not limited to:

• Domain Name Registrations.
• SSL Certificates.
• Hosting/Server Fees (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Premium Plugin/Theme Licenses.
• Advertising Budgets (Google/Meta Ads).

5. SEO & Digital Marketing

• Performance: SEO and Marketing services are paid for the effort and expertise applied, not for a specific result. Search algorithms (Google) are outside our control.
• Refunds: No refunds are issued for marketing campaigns that do not achieve a specific ranking or ROI, provided Apexx has executed the agreed-upon tasks.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a service, you must submit a formal request in writing to avoid billing disputes.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved (at the sole discretion of Apexx management for exceptional cases):

• Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
• Method: The amount will be refunded to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different bank account for security reasons.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

• Consequence: In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately suspend all services, revoke software licenses, and pursue legal recovery for the disputed amount plus legal fees.
